Van Insurance & General Tax

You may have missed this van insurance hike, or at least one that is to come in the near future, and I recently discovered that I had yet to write about it so I thought that now was as good a time as any to inform you about it just in case. Now, it is one of the very few elements of tax that has not been as bad as it was first presumed but it is still a rise nevertheless so read on to find out about it.

This concerns the 1% tax rise that applies to general tax. This includes that tax that is applied to car insurance, home insurance and van insurance. As such, it will rise in January 2011 to 6% overall. This is a very small rise considering most people were expecting it to double to 10%.
