Check if misfuelling is covered under your car insurance

As per the latest reports by Association of British Insurance Brokers, around one third of car insurance covers from leading insurance companies in UK do not offer coverage for misfuelling to its clients. There are around 150,000 cases for misfuelling every year, as revealed by the association and most of them involve drivers putting unleaded petrol in their diesel vehicles. But the report also highlights that these drivers may also be unaware of the fact that this is not covered under their car insurance policy.

Insurance expert from Think Money stated Misfuelling is one of the many things that can go wrong when it comes to your vehicle.

One of the Fastest Growing Liabilities for Small Businesses

In this economy, one of the most frequent liabilities that small businesses are running up against are employment related charges and lawsuits. In fact the EEOC recently announced that 93,277 workplace discrimination charges (wrongful termination, age, race and sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, etc.) were filed in 2009. These alone resulted in $376 million in monetary awards obtained for plaintiffs via enforcement, mediation and litigation.
